Tasting Notes

Woody and smooth, this liquor which holds the good qualities of an anejo tequila. It has notes of butterscotch, honey, vanilla, a bit of smoke and a very nice and oakey flavour. The aroma is rich with walnuts, honey and baked agave.

You can almost hear the rustles in the leaves and the electricity in the air when “La Serpiente Emplumada” flies from his lair to your bar with a bottle of well aged tequila in his mouth.

La Serpiente Emplumada Anejo is a premium tequila with with a great, easy and light flavour of butterscotch and oak. It does not have a heavy sweetness as does some anejos. It does have sweetness, but it is light and well paired with the notes of walnuts and honey. An excellent sipping tequila, for tequila afficionados.
