Monte Coyote Mezcal Tobalá

Bright distillate, silver colors, high adhesion, soft, crystalline and smoky.

Harvested from agave that has matured for 8-9 years in the region of Santa María Suchixtlan, Oaxaca. Cooked in a conical volcanic stone oven with oak and pine wood, fermented in fine pine wooden vats, distilled in a woodfired, copper alembic still.​
