Gracias a Dios Mezcal Espadin – Pineapple
Region: Central Valleys, Oaxaca
Oscar Hernández Santiago – Maestro Mezcalero
Rumour has it that in 2001, Oscar made a mezcal distilled with fruits for the priest of Matatlán, and glass after glass their friendship grew. So we decided to honor
the friendships that grow through mezcal. Cheers to good friends!
Tasting notes: In its primary aromas, pineapple is undoubtedly perceived, but not ripe, as well as other acidic green fruits such as prickly pear and lemon. In the secondary aromas, yeast is noted, recalling the aroma of sourdough bread.
