Tasting notes: Its primary aromas are of herbs and edible vegetables, such as asparagus, celery and green peppers. There is a floral aroma of carnations and a sweet note of crystallized lemon. Mineral aromas intertwine and chalk and limestone are perceived, which belong and give vigor to the aromatic complexity. In the secondary aromas, cereals and yeast are perceived, bringing to mind rye bread.
